MI power

I have a stock 12a with great compression and such. Stock porting also. I was wondering what kind of power I could get with a 45 DCOE, and a RB header. This is actually going into a 1968 VW, but I am working on gathering all of the information that I can. THanks in advance.

A bunch of us will be in Wayland on May 10th for an autocross (8am to 4pm at the auto auction place). Should be at least a few RX7s there, all of them modified. It would be a good chance for you to check out some options such as a Sterling carb, hear a RB exhaust system, and check out what autocross is all about. Stop out and I'll take you for a ride...

Thanks for the offer, I may show...but I have a VW show to goto that day. I really would like to meat some of you in the Michigan area though.

What do you guys suggest for a carb setup. I dont have a stock carb period, so wouldnt it be best to go weber or something. Also being a rear setup in a VW, I guess I would have to make my own exhaust unless the RB header can be flipped upside down. Thanks for your replies keep me updated on the RX7 in michigan meets

I think I am gonna look around for a DCOE, a RB header and such. Are there any swaps around the area?
