Fits great under stock hood. Had to cut a small bit of the under-bracing of the hood for the radiator cap though 2 inches X 2 inches. Its VERY snug against the back of the firewall but I wanted that for handling purposes. That is the aluminum LS1 also to cut down on weight further, again for handling. The outside of the car is still in its $300 condition but the interior is being re-upholstered.

I still need a decent intake setup on it also if anyone knows a decent place. I love rx7's and didnt want to see this one hit the junkyard. I also wanted to build a car I will keep for the rest of my life. The last owner blew the tranny and was trashing it.

Anyway, it makes for a really nice sleeper. Most of the people who hear it think its an old 5.0 etc without mods because its a fairly quiet v8 in its current setup.

For now its plenty "rocket". Who knows, if I get bored maybe I will toss on some induction

fc3s gxl, the radiator is a custom job built by Bow Tie Racing in South Australia.

Autopaul, if you are talking about my wheels they are 16 inch, I think they suit the car as well.
