Depends on exactly what you mean.
If you are asking about making the Center ports, on the middle iron, where the intake bolts on, the same as the front/rear iron ports, then no. There's simply not enough room for the outside of the ports to be that large. No need for them to be that large, either. Stock 12A intakes have smaller passages than the irons, by design. Even aftermarket intakes are designed the same way.

id still port them out, i usually port them down to a even surface theres a little step at the end of the intake side i go down to there then polish it out..im sure your going to run an aftermarket carb..right?

Sure you can. That's what's generally done when porting an engine for a full 4-port SP. Not all center irons will allow you to port equally with the front and rear irons though. With the 12A tall port center irons, this is not a problem.
