A half bridge will be modestly more powerful on the midrange, but good for quite a bit up top......Id guess 40 or so HP at the peak?(which is 40% over a stock 12A,provided the right mods accompany it)

A streetport can be anything you want it to be,it all depends on how far you go.A mild streetport is little more than cleaning up the rough edges and castings.Whereas a super wild streetport can brap and be as hard to drive as some bridgeports.
The half bridge, while a comprimise in some regards,is designed to offer the best of both worlds......the lowend and idle quality of a street, but some of the topend kick of a full bridge.

It all depends on how you build and take care of your motor
