Yes, it would I'm expecting to be in the high 12's at the rotary revolution. I just finished all my intake porting today, exhaust will be done tomorrow. Then I'll start making the intake manifold for the weber. If I get desperate and really run out of time, I'll wait until after the revolution to swap in the new motor, but I doubt that'll happen.

****, when I had it setup with the nikki and no IC it would run mid 13's. I easily took an '04 Lancer EVO from 0-80. I can't wait to see what it'll do now
