popular 1st gen swaps

i currently have an sr20det in an 240sx and have been wanting a rotary ever since i have gotten a chance to ride in a 3rd gen and check out my friend nelson sevarios 2nd gen. I was curious what swaps are popular into 1st gen? 13b obviously how good is the 12a? is it worth anything if turbocharged. also any popular piston and rod motor swaps? anyone ever do an sr20 into a 1st gen just curious although if i got an rx7 i would keep it rotary. thanks, im new to the scene but hope to get swept away

13b turbo from a 89-91 rx7 seems to be the most popular. Don't mention piston swaps here, you'll regret it.

Yeah, TurboII motors are really popular swaps... I personally want to put an FD twin turbo motor into my FB.

I also want to upgrade every other part on the car, but it's quite likely that nothing shall happen at all.

12A turbo's could be alright..

We have a guy on the 3rd Gen forum (TNT) who has already swapped a SR20DET into a third gen as well.
Very nice.

Thats a really great set of Japanese enginw bays. Of the Aussie bays I think the best is the 12A with Weber IDA 48 by REVHED.
