Polishing rotor housings.

Well im porting my engine as im typing this,

I just put a race port on my housing,and dam that bitch is big.

Im doing some simi shine polishing,What clear coats are good for high temps.

Has any one else cleared housings?

How do they look,got pics?

I just dont know if im going to stay with the street port..and bridge my end plates..

With sand paper by hand maybe..its an exhast port..not a intake port..

I think you should match it a bit more..... exhaust port is just as important as the intake because it is subjected to gases with higher velocity, every turbulent area is going to make some difference. That and I wouldn't personally wouldn't give my own engine the stamp of approval unless its perfectly done. But thats me

Sorrow, im impressed!!! nice port job! get some sandpaper drums if you want to make it smoother, but it wont help much.. what you have there will help alot!!

I know I got to get back in and clean it up blah blah..

I was thinking of using the barrel sander for the exhast..to clean it up some,

What do you think on the intake ports,I was gonan polish it to a mirror finish but not sure if this willhurt me or just use like a wire brush inside after i polish it.

what do you thibnk about bridging just the end plates?
I got 2 peice seals,will there still be more HP gain over the large street port?

"god dam I wished I bridge it"

But it would be only a half bridge "end plates"

I was tring to see if I willstill get HP gains over the large street port.I guess no on here actually knows,So I will do it..

I will stop askin ..

Just tell me to bridge that ******
