If your car's quiet enough that you can use a radio, it's not modded enough to need gauges

I am interested in buying these aswell... if we get enough, maybe we could go in as a group buy? Or just pick up some FC's and mod em... shouldn't be to hard.
After I install the Air/Fuel meter, what is another good guage to have (if i decided to go double pillar) I have the 84 GSL so i am not sure if there is anything in addition to the stock guages (and the a/f) that I need.
cheers'

I ordered it from Egauges.com. Then a few days later they replied that VDO has them back ordered and it has been months.
2 days ago, I called to see if they were back in stock but no luck. Turns out VDO was bought out by another company, and everything has gone to hell.
Autometer makes them for the 2nd Gen. I have a 2nd Gen one and it *almost* fits perfectly, but I will have to take a heat gun to it to make it fit right.
Jimmy54 on the forum has an Autometer one from a CRX, but I don't know how much modification that was. In other words I don't know if it required more or less modifications than an FC Pod.
If you run across a better solution, let me know.

so jimmy54, that was for ther CRX? (89 - 91) what was the price on those and what do you think would be involved in modifying it for the rx-7 (to be a perfect fit?)

I won't be able to get any pictures for a while since i probably won't go up to my father's shop where the car is until next weekend... Even then im not sure how well my crappy Digi cam will do, I'll still give it a shot though. The cost was about 60 CAN for the duel pod.
Well basically to make it a perfect fit from what i remeber, You would need to heat up and bend the edge a little more to hug the a-pillar but this is from memory! But it also depends on the angle you want to look at the pod since moving it around affects the gaps. I filled the gap with a glue gun and painted it...
SilverRocket and a few others have all seen it in person.
