i was working on my instrument panel over the weekend. i had a cluster from a 79 rx7 and a cluster from a 81,and was able make a custom intrument panel out of both..car ran during installation.then i wanted to take the car on a run and then it woudnt start??

any suggestions??

i know that the battery is good.i have 12.6 volts.used a voltmeter..

i think my switch took a dump..i've owned this car for 7 years and have never replaced it..

please help???

car does not turn over.all i can hear is a relay operating.fuses where all good..the accesorry lights turn on but when i put the key in the on position i get nothing//////

 

check the signal wire on the starter. Also, when in doubt always go back to what you last did before it failed.
