Question Pivot headlight controller question

I just bought a Pivot Headlight Controller and I was wondering if anyone knew where to hook it up. Im pretty sure its somewhere behind the instrument panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Are you talking about a multiswitch? That controls your turn signals headlights and wipers?

thing dosnt tell you how?????????guy on ebay told me its a few wires and its hooked up saw a vid on the 240sx forum on how to just wire your lights to be sleepy and he spliced into the harness for the head light motors and added toggle switchs to them so when he wanted sleepers he would pop his hood flip the toggle and then his lights worked as if normal they were just sleepy but if he wanted stock he would turn off the toggles and then they were back to stock
