FL pilot bolts for racing beat aluminum flywheel

Hello,
I need help I am installing a racing beat aluminum flywheel and a exedy stg 1 clutch in my car. On the instruction manual it mentions 2 pilot bolts being installed in the holes 180 degrees to each other. I have found the holes on the pressure plate. However with the spacers on the flywheel It doesn't go all the way through the holes. I am a bit confused on this, I am looking for helpful advice from someone that has done this.

1974-92 12A & 13B Non-Turbo Engines:
The hardware kit provided for these applications includes (2) black bolts (pilot bolts) with larger 9/16" heads. These two bolts are used in the pilot holes found on the pressure plate and are identified as follows: Locate the hole on the circumference of the pressure plate with a smaller hole immediately adjacent - this hole is one of the pilot holes. The other pilot hole is positioned 180° opposite this hole. IMPORTANT!!! INSTALL THE (2) PILOT BOLTS FROM THE TRANSMISSION SIDE OF THE FLYWHEEL THROUGH THESE (2) PILOT HOLES. The remaining bolts securing the pressure plate to the flywheel may be installed from either side. If your hardware kit includes aluminum spacers; these are installed between the pressure plate and the mounting surface of the flywheel.

Hey, Kevin - still having problems? I followed the RB instructions and didn't seem like any of it was misleading. Start by locating the 2 holes (one bigger and threaded, one smaller) and then go from there. It's straight-forward, so I'm guessing you're making this harder than it is. Here's a picture of mine, if you want to zoom in and look at the bolt setup;

I have looked at the pictures you sent and still do not understand what the instructions are saying. None of the flywheel holes have threads in them. The pressure plate has a smaller hole and a bigger one which I am assuming is the hole the pilot bolt goes through. The problem I am seeing is when I put the pilot bolt through the flywheel using the aluminum spacers inbetween, it isn't long enough to screw a nut on the end of and I do not see any threads to screw it in. Basically with the spacers being used the bolts are not long enough.
