I have since bolted it on and gave myself a nice gash across my thumb , I wasnt fast enough to move my hand when the alt fell (it wasnt bolted tight )

Are the pulley's painted or anodized?
Hard to tell from the pics.

Looks good either way.

the pulleys are painted with 1200 degree paint a friend mixed for me

No silicon on the oil pan gasket?. Can you say "Got Leaks"?. Looks good, keep up the good work!. -Edit- or is that orange silicon and not a gasket?.

Ill post some interior pics once I finish the door panels and find an interior dimmer switch.

piston pounder , that is high temp silicon gasket former ,
I made it extra thick just to (hopefully) prevent leaks since the oil pan spent some time in the welding shop and got a little bent around the rim

I definately apprecieate all the good comments keep em comin'
