how come I've never seen a ceiling piece that is felt before I really like the look of that...mines leather and I'm not all that fond of it...propose a trade...?...lol

I know what you mean. I've got a Silver sunroof for this car, and the underside is like leather. I took it to be Mazda's subtle interior change for the -SE's. It's like a something you'd see in an 80's GM product.

I'm worried the headliner is gonna break loose and start hanging down, F-body style.

All 84/85's are that way. Even with a leather interior.
You must have a vinyl headliner from an 79-83 car.


Ducktape: How about some underhood shots? Curious to see what
you needed a cage for.

LOL. Owned.

Just a couple of nit picky points. That is a roll bar, not a cage, and I hope you are limber. I had my door bars set up that way and the car didn't even make it out of the shop. The bars were cut and hinges were added.
