Now she really is looking good. And I dont have anymore finger prints. Now the fun starts putting her back together and delooming the engine bay as much as possible. Will post those pics as I get further.

Not trying to jack the thread but what color are you getting it painted? Personally I dont think your car needs a paint job.

midst well add to the compliments...I must say that blue was always my favorite...car looks kicking *** and that engine bay is going to be just sparkling once you have everything back in there...post some more pics as you get it all back together...

She starts going back together this week. Have already looked at removing all the ***** wiring. The seat is a killer. My 2 year old throws tantrums if I go driving with out him. He actually chose the color. This is his car and the only car he will climb into without a fuss. Tried putting him into a RX8 at a show. THat didn't happen but the RX7 next to it had no Problem. More Pics will come as I get Further.

 

Your kid has good taste! Blue is the best: I still have the one I bought new in 82 and it still draws comments. Always Garaged or covered it, and this year some wrinkles from noise parkers get bumped out and a couple dings and it's like new.

What type of paint did you use?

 

2K Base and Clear, Ford Kenton Blue
