Thanks! Yeah! Car runs just fine. Nothing wrong with motor or tranny. Car has clean title, n' all. My plans are somewhere around the likes of DF. Ya know...the usual Cosmo 13b swap, etc. No Df, I'm not copying you, you're somewhere more along the lines of a role model .
I'm probably going to color the car somewhere around a Dark silver, or smoke grey. Definately not white. Waaay too much maintenence keeping it clean. Anyway... to the rx7! I really can't wait till I get this monster running. I'll probably post up some vids of it, WHEN it happens.

You have alot to do so.
You must learn to walk before you can run,Young TurboFB.
As it was already posted, we suggest you look into all the bolt ons, and getting the car nice, new and safe before attempting an engine swap. Especially a swap with boost.

I understand you think i'm some noob at this. And I probably am, but i learn quickly. I don't want to waste money on simple and easy mods, when i could've saved up for the engine. And yes, I'm planning on doing a lot to this car. It may be long and chock full of money, but I've already bought my 7. I'm not going to sell this an buy another GSL or something. I'm sticking with this and moving on.
Btw. The car is going nowhere. I'm not driving it till everything is finished. All i'll need to do is drive it the rotary mechanic (one that knows what he's doing) and have him do the work.
I dunno, i still have a lot of time. Gotta think...

rotary mechanic??? no need. just get a Haynes manual and do the stuff yourself, and you can just ask around if you don't get it... that's the only way to get good at it.

lol man. Just the esentric shaft for a 4 rotor motor is going to run you around 25 grand. I would think you wouldnt have bought a fb if you had that kind of money. I dont think your properly informed as to what a 4 rotor engine IS. Anyway. GL

Oooooooohhhhhhhh, BIIIIIIIIG misunderstanding. I didn't mean 4 rotor! lol....i meant a 2 rotor Turbocharged Cosmo 13B-re motor. I can get one from RotaryShack for 1800. I'm leaning towards DF's setup.

Does it run and drive out good? Decent miles? It looks to be worth about 850 or so, so at least you didnt get raped. Unless it doesnt run. Then you got shafted.
