picked up some new wheels for the gsl-se yesterday

they are 17X7.5 i havent heard that much about the brand name and im not sure what model they are. i wasnt really looking for 17's butthey looked pretty good and the price wasnt too bad and with 17's it gives me a better range of tires to choose from. ill try to get them on the car to check clearance and get more pics today or tomorrow. what do you think?
Those were the hot new stuff on the scene when I started doing stuff to Hondas several years ago. Racing Hart is a good company, used to be on a level of coolness with Volk Racing, SSR, etc. Either they just went out of style or they went out of business, though- haven't heard much from them in a while.
What was the price, if I may ask?

well at first i was thinking they were knockoffs of racing harts. now that i looked at the website and looked at the rims a little closer. they do look like my diablo racing rims which were a knockoff of the racing hart c5 3piece(had the little rivets around the rim).
hey wrigh003 how do you like your new 1st gen so far?

If they were knock-offs, wouldn't it be against the law to use the Racing Hart symbol in the middle?
edit: Judging on how much you paid, you probably got a damn good deal

just found that link for them for 1000 with no tires.

no,i thought the guy said they were knockoffs and i was thinking they were knockoffs when i bought them. i dont really keep up with all of the different brands of wheels and i didnt know what the real racing hart logo looked like because i havent really looked at that many racing harts. but now that its been pointed out to me and ive looked at the different websites that carry them i realize what they are.
thanks for everyones help.

So far, this is what I have:
-Address the few little rusty spots and get ready for paint
-Clean up interior/ reupholster door cards and maybe re-cover the seats
-Get a couple of little electrical things (pass. side window/switch) working right
-Transmission swap
-Address the exhaust system (may upgrade, may use what came with it)
-Look into sorting out the carb,
-Possibly imporove the suspension (maybe)
-will probably move to braided brake lines and better pads

yeah they do have a very small lip (not even an inch) but atleast its better than it comong all the way out to the edge of the rim. i have always loved 5 spoke wheels, that is the only style i have ever bought for any of my cars. i was just going to wait until i got new tires before i put them on but now i think ill put them on tomorrow and take some pics
I always thought they are the same company, just that the Racing Hart Evolutions are a 1 piece, cast wheel, versus the 3 piece for the regular Racing Harts, to cut costs. Rumors had it that they were manufactured by Prime Wheels, but i'm not sure. Nevertheless, I'm not a fan of wheels that big (16" max), since there will be a lot of weight involved for racing, but they look so freakin' bad-***!
that was my concern also but they dont weigh that much. i looked at the back of them today and says made in the phillipenes (sp?). i was going to put them on today but i need a set of tuner lugs.
