can someone please post a pic of where the seatbelts bolt up on a 85? The guy i bought the car from redid the interior so i have no idea where the top of the seat belt goes. Thanks in advance

 

there is a larger treaded bolt in the wall about 8" up from the bottom of the window and about 5" in, there is a side panel that blends in with the roof its on that panel, lower end.

You're welcome. Since the 2nd gen seat belt configuration is nearly identical, you will find a better diagram in the 87 FSM, Sec. 14, p. 9. That one also includes torque specs.
