hey i just bought a 83 and am looking for some ideas to give it some more power. let me know what works.

Welcome to the 1st gen section and the Darkside. Basic performance upgrades, exhaust, intake and carb, are best followed after the car is mechanically sound. Do the basics 1st. Tune up, fluid changes, brakes and suspension. Performance has no value until it's reliable and can be controlled.

In my sig line is a link to the online FSMs, carb manual, yada yada yada. Be sure to read through the FAQs. Lots of good tips on how to get your car ready for upgrades.
