Performance Carb. Question

I have a fist gen. RX-7 and I'm thinking about putting a new carb. and manifold on. I've heard that Holly is a good choice but their carbs. don't allow the choke to work properly. What performance Carb. can I buy that will still allow me to use the choke.

The only carb I know of that will allow you to use the OEM choke is a Racing Beat Modified Dellorto 48 DHLA. They are not produced anymore, but you may be able to find one on the parts trader if you are patient.
