Passenger headlight wont go down

I swear I made a post of this before but I can't find it. Anyways my passenger side headlight stopped working and I'v just left it in the open position. I feel the motor died but i could be wrong and maybe a cable is loose or something. Any ideas ?

Can be hand-cranked down (**** under top cover). "Lower" both with switch, crank it down, activate and see if it rolls back up with the other.
Leads easy to check for connection. Wiring diagram will tell you which to check to confirm power is passing thru. Make sure the 2 link rods are correctly attached and functioning. or are seized...
