parts car

i can get a complete car, with four brand new tires (assuming theyve not dryrotted), and complete engine(minus the distributor) thats been sitting for a few years. it supposedly ran when he parked it, the interior is shot, and the body is rough, but not wrecked. its an 83 and hes asking 150. its worth it right? isnt the engine worth near that?

To high, $50 - $100 and assume the engine is Dead. $50 may be to high if the interior is crap, Does it have a title?
