A few shots of my car, w/freshly restored "+" wheels
Last weekend I met up with alienrx7 to buy a GSL rear end (well actually 2) and at the same time I got a set of plus wheels from him as well. They were in decent shape, but they had teh usual yellow/chipping clear coat, so I decided to spruce them up a bit. Took me a few hours over the last week, but I finshed them last night and mounted them on the car today at work. I had to compress these pics a bit, but you'll get the idea. If anyone wants I can post an up close shot of the wheels. oh and I know I should have closed the window and taken that stupid parking sticker off, but whatever...

thanks for the compliments, and yea parts of New Jersey are breathtaking. And that drive was sooo boring, good thing my dads accord has cruise control and I have a bunch of cd's with me. It was a worthwhile trip though, cause now I got nice wheels, and a GSL rear for my project car, plus it was nice to meet a fellow first gener.

Very nice, Sean. Good lookin ride. Now, how could a ride through beautiful scenic Pennsylvania and Ohio be considered boring? Those roads in the PA sure suck, don't they? Voted "Worst in the nation" on numerous occasions. At least they're starting to work on them.

Great job on those wheels Sean! Even in the shape they were given in they were still better than the ones on my own FB. Now I'm thinking I need to take my extra set and work on polishing them and move the tires over them at least until I can get all the parts for an -SE suspension swap.
The drive was pretty boring. Too many cornfields though the valley bridge we crossed over just outside of Youngstown over in PA was pretty cool. Otherwise it rained in the morning and was windy all the way back. Oh, and nothing like meeting in a town in the middle of no where and having cars slow down and stare while you're transferring parts between cars
Hence the Interstate Chop Shop was born
Thanks for the rear window. It's on now, just have to connect the window struts. Looks much better. Will post pics later.

yea, NJ might as well be 2 states, north and south, like the carolinas. There are a lot of nice cars around this area, its just too bad NJ uses so much salt in the winters...
Hah and the worst part is no matter what the forcast says it always snows or rains RIGHT after you've spent hours waxing the car. Oh well... thats why you move to san diego
... only bad part is no FB, not yet at least.
