Painting my center console

I found this stuff by diplicolor, its their chameloen paint stuff.

I got the dark grey stuff, that reflects all colors in small ammounts, combining to make a sort of gunmetal look. you think it will look good?

thanks web777 ... I had a small can of touch up paint leftover from my silver SE, it livened up the interior, matching the gauges ...a matte black one is waiting for track days, and I have 2 other centers waiting for whatever color... kinda like switchable bezels on a watch to match my mood

I can't decide between silver and black. They both look good.

i thought about this and i never really knew if it would work, BUT i'm sure you've all heard of the new krylon paint called fusion, it chemically BONDS to the plastic. Well i got to thinkin why not use that as the primer? Then you could take whatever paint you like and paint right over the fusion and it would stick to it. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the paint chipping/peeling if you painted directly on the plastic. I'm just not sure how well the paint would stick to the fusion, i think this is an experiment myself or someone should perform.
