Paint Matching

well, as the title states, I'm looking for a bit of matching paint. I went to canadian tire, figured diplicolour would probably have something. Looked through the duplicolour book, and the mazda paint colours don't go back beyond like 92. My car's an 84 gsl-se, the stock ocean-blue. Anyway, I figured I can't be the first person to look for a little touch-up in this colour, so does anyone know of a company making this colour/a place to get it(I'm located in BC, canada), or would I have to go to a body shop to ge some mixed? Thanks for any help, and sry for the pst if this's been covered, but the search isn't working for some reason? anyway, thanks

I think Crappy tire has this Nissan blue paint, that is pritty close. Or it does if your car and my car are the same colour... I have yet to try this so, you are on your own my Canadian friend

lol thanks. I actualy tried a GM blue that had a cap the exact same colour as my car, but when I did a little test strip, it came out WAY lighter. Guess duplicolour can't be trusted...(specialy at 10bucks for a little can, jesus!)

Take the car to and autobody paint supplier, they can mix up what you need to match. Mix will need to be adjusted from the original formula due sunfade.

Just go to a good body shop and have them mix you up a gallon for like 35$.

Most autobody paint stores can mix up some paint in spray bomb form (aerosol can) as well.

I've used this company for a few other cars. They have touch up available for your year car. One thing to keep in mind is that the paint will not exactly match due mostly to the fact your paint is 22 years old, but it's still effective. Kevin
