Out of the Game (Official Retirement)

Yep I'm officially anounceing my Michael Jordan like retirement form SA/FB world. I'm going to law school soon, and I'm just not going to have time or funds for 'em any more. I'll be back once I land a real job and I can build a carb'd car faster than Alex's. So for now I'll still be lurking and answering your questions like I normally try to do, and of course being my regular a$$hole self.

So I'm parting out the turbo blowthrough FB:

I'm still a rotor head. The daily driver is a FC. I'm just temporarily done with FB's... Might be picking up a 328i if I've got the credit for it. I just figured out when I added up everything I spend yearly on the FB I could afford a monthly BMW payment...

2nd that! I've been doing some research for the last couple of months in preparation for a new car purchase. BMW's reliability is in the toilet right now, while Audi is actually improving.

However, before you make any decisions you HAVE to test drive a Mazdaspeed3.... Which is the car I've settled on for myself.

If you find a low mileage pre 96 3 series you'll be ok. These were still built in Germany. 96 and newer are built in the states. I have a 94 3 series with about 62k original miles. Black with tan leather. Man I love that car! But seriously, hate to hear about the part out. Hope everything works out for you.

^^ true that, if you get a new one i guess itll be ok for a lil while, but i think they are still high maintanence, if you want a good daily driver you should go for a honda or an acura, something japanese, or like kentetsu said a mazdaspeed 3, good luck,.
