if its not cranking then i would tap the starter a couple of times with a pipe or a tube, if nothing, then check all ur starter connections and stuff. if all thats ok then replace ur starter

check your ground cable, they are notorious for sparking and not giving a full ground to the starter. Also check your fusible links one may have blown. If all the above are OK, then get a new starter.

You could have included that information in your first post you know. Any way, so did you check your ground cable connection?

Well if the starter cranks but the engine doesn't fireup:
I'd first check to see if you have fuel, then check to see if you have spark.
Check the plugs and make sure they aren't drenched with gas.

So you don't hear the starter cranking at all? Check and make sure the little female plug is still on the starter solenoid.

the only thing I can tell you is to bench test the starter. See if it even cranks over. maybe the solenoid is stuck or dead.

Double check ALL connections, including the battery posts, if it still wont turn over and you are sure the battery is strong, I would pull the starter and bench test as was suggested.

If you haven't already done it, you should chek the signal wire. It can work loose, or fall off over time. Make sure the connection is snug.
