Orion84GSL New 321 Stainless Headers
#29
Something like this would be about 700$+ for the headers alone, and about 1300$ for the rest of the system. That would include price of mufflers, flanges, mounting hardware and installation on vehicle. At this point of time, they will not be sold as kits. Only for whomever wishes to bring their car in and have it installed here.

As Sam said it pulls better at high rpm, is maybe a touch louder than the RB dual exhaust. Sounds phenomenal inside the car and made me want to cry with joy when I let Sam take it for a spin and heard it myself. I was expecting much more volume and that raspy, tinny sound you get from cheaper mufflers. The video just doesn't do it justice. Well worth the money. Cruising around town it's no less enjoyable than any RB system. I've been in Kentetsu's car with the single RB, my car which had a stockport 12A as well as the current SP 13B using the RB dual. I'm beyond happy with Sams work.
Engine specs: 13B using SE rotors and e-shaft, REW housings, 12A plates. Mild streetport on the primaries and an aggressive streetport on the secondaries. Sterling 465cfm carb on an RX4 manifold redrilled for the Nikki pattern. MSD 6A with two Blaster 2 coils. Carter 7lb pump, Holley 1-4 Psi reg. RE-Speed fuel pressure gauge. Hasn't been tuned yet. Could use some time changing jets and tinkering with the timing.

love the braaaap
Sounds pretty good, not too loud, or so it seems. I would be interested in seeing a before and after on a dyno with this exhaust, compared to say a Racing Beat streetport system.
For those that are looking for a decent exhaust in Canada, but can't afford a full out Racing Beat, this would be a great option probably if it could be made from aluminized or even mild steel. I bet you could make this for a very competitive price compared to the cost to get a RB exhaust across the border and I bet it performs better.

Unfortunately I never had a chance to dyno the car before changing the exhaust. Also I just bought a new car so this one will likely only be on the road for a short while before it gets parked til next season. With the new job paying less than the old the budget has taken a considerable hit. The exhaust was probably the last major modification to be done for a year or so.
