Opinions on these parts for a '85 GSL-SE

I need to replace parts of the front suspension, and for the moment I'd like to keep it stock.

I was checking out RockAuto, and had a few questions I was hoping someone could answer.

My front struts are weak (I think they are the original ones) and I was wondering if these were good or bad:
MONROE Part # 72869 Sensa-Trac Strut Cartridge

Assuming the coil springs are original, would it be safe to re use them?

Also, RockAuto lists two different Raybestos Professional ball joints, looks like based on a specific time frame of the manufacture. How do I tell which one is what I need?

Finally, where do I find new control arms?

Thanks

Skip the Monroes and find a set of Tokico Blues. With the tired stock springs, you need a better than stock shock. Either ball joint should work, there's no right or left to them. Why do you need lower control arms? If they are bad, the new ones come with ball joints. Be sure to check your idler arm.. That is the most frequent wear item of the steering/suspension. Spend the extra and get the good Moog one.

I plan on driving autox in STS, not CSP for a while, so I think the coilovers are out as are the camber plates.

How long are the stock springs? Might as well replace them while I'm digging around there instead of doing everything twice.

I don't autox but I just got the adjustable Tokicos. I have the stock springs and I am thinking about replacing them with the same. It is a little stiff(number 1 pos.)but as I put a few miles on the car, it IS softening up a bit. The rears are a bit harsh.

Do a jounce test, bounce the suspension up and down a few times, and stop, if the car stops bouncing in 3 or less bounces you don't need new shocks. and obviously if the suspension is sagging you need new springs.

Also, be prepared for new springs to raise the car a bit from where it currently sits.
