Opinions needed on irons and housings

I'm currently in the process of my first 13b rebuild and i have a few questions about the conditions of the irons and housings. Are these rotor housings shot? Also on the irons, there are little grooves where the water seals were. The engine was sitting for a long time and water may have gotten under the seal and started to eat away at the surface. Would these irons still be ok if i had them lapped? I've attached pictures and i hope that they work.

i'd say that the housings are junk because of the flaking of chrome and pitting, but it's hard to tell about the irons. how deep are the corrosion lines where the water seals sat? if you run your finger nails perpindicular to them do your nails snag, or is it just a slight divot and your nails just drop and then come back up to the surface?

From what i can remember last night, the grooves were small enough where they didn't catch my nail. I'm just hoping that a good lapping will get rid of them. Where is a good place to pick up some used rotor housings?

the housings are shot. you can pick stuff up cheap on the for sale forum sometimes.
i just watched a set of good used se housings go on ebay for almost $400. you might want to think about getting new ones if they are reasonably priced.
