opinions on my custom carb hat...

what do you guys think of my carb hat? I was bored so i tried to do something cool. I think its kinda stupid now. I like the white matching, i think i might paint over the ROTARY part, (it looked better in my head) Also what do guys think on my progress of engine bay cleaning? Ive only done the passenger side so far...obviously

I'd assume he's still in the process of assembling everything since the hood is off and stuff's missing, and it looks like it's been cleaned.

Looks nice. Leave the "Rotary" and add "Engine" on the bottom half, then turn it to face the front of the car. Maybe draw a small rotor around the centre.

i think rotary would look cooler if the letters were closer together, and facing front. gj though.

ohhh i like the idea of adding ENGINE on the bottom, maybe i will do that tommorow. and yes i am in the process of doing some semi-major work. A/C removed, New radiator on the way, carb being dialed in, removing all unnecessary fluid tanks (cold start, windshield wiper fluid, etc...), undoing wire looms to cut down on the wire mess, upgrade to S5 alt, repainting some pieces flat black...

IDK man, I think it looks okay. Add 'engine' and check your spacing on the letters - they look a little off. But overall I think it's cool!

What are you cleaning the bay with? I like the hat, but I would add engine to the bottom as well, and respace the rotary, and of course face it to the front.
