Question Opinions....

Ok heres the deal I have two first gens 83' LE and an 84' GS SCCA IT7 car. I was planning on building a 13bt car with the LE but I think it will take longer because of money than I want, and put a damper on my tire budget lol. So I think I want to sell the LE. But the problem is I found out the car has the wheel well cancer when I pulled most of the interior out to make it a racecar. But sense I got the other racecar the LE was put to the side. So I'm going to fix the rust put a new exhuast with a header, remove emissions, new trans and clutch, and make a semi-custom interior (nothing fancy) because some of the parts broke on removal. And sell the thing. I paid $2k because I didn't know about the wheel well rust... And I don't want to take a huge loss on the thing. I'd get a british sports car like a Triumph GT6 or a MG for a summer car (what the LE was). So what do you think stick with it and wait a few years on the building of the 13bt, or fix it up and try and get rid of it with little loss?

i dunno.... if you want little loss.... ditch is ASAP AS IS WHERE IS HOW IS........

just my opinion.... because this is what i have been doing.... been doing good if you got time...

buy cars cheap, fix them withyour spare parts, sell them..

but yea im just getting to it...

you should just sell it asap...

cause not many people will pay over 2K for a 12a, unless you got 10K into it

Sell it, and get an MG for a 13bt..... then auto cross with that

Yea the rust isnt a problem, I got screwed on this one and am trying to save my *** lol. Can I run the stock exhuast manifold with no emissions? I kind of killed some emissions stuff when removing it lol.

Ya the cat is goin, I'm gonna slap on a pre-silencer or somthing with just pipe the rest of the way. Pre-silencer is so it doesn't sound crappy with the stock muffler.
