The 88 core engine for my se is here!! yay! I cant wait, I think im going to go n/a for $$'s sake considering its tight right now, although a turbo setup does intrigue me

 

Go Turbo and you wont be wishing you did later when money is really tight. Im 18 and I would give my left arm to have a turbo on my `84

 

I'm 18 now too, and I'm glad I dont have a turbo yet. My *** would be in jail if that thing had boost.

my car leaks a lot of oil, so i dont know if 81rexsport13b's quote is correct. im 18 soon. i wish i had cash for a tII turbo in my 7.

Im 21, i was 18 when i got my first 7... and the turbo desire is great. Just start saving/buying parts... im getting close to getting a turbo SE.

lol I just turned 18 last tuesday, and ive already blown up and rebuild 3 engines, go figure... Anyway yeah I went and picked it up last night at 3 am because the dumbass that I had it shipped to thought it was a transmission and was going to leave it outside in the rain....!! so its safe now, looks to be in very good shape, correct me if im wrong but didnt the 88 n/a's have flow difusers in the exhaust ports?

 

Dont feel too bad. I'm one year behind you but I'm sure my car is in the top ten for ugly. Right now anyways. But the turbo set up is coming alone nicely. Piece by piece, should be driving it mid summer. Working on my GSL-SE fuel pump set up for my GSL right now.
