One Step Closer

I'm finally one step closer to getting my 85 GSL, i got a job, the pay is decent at $9.50 /hr all i have to do is come up with $1,000 and my dad will up the other half, and then sell my station wagon. Then finally i can truly be a part of this forum.

This company is called Glitchbusters, its a database/mailing service.... it's pretty cool, it's a business behind this dudes house, but from what i've heard they do excellent business. the commute is not bad, because i know all the back routes to avoid the traffic. but after 2 weeks i'll be working full time... and all the money is going into my 7.... and an alarm for it!

Right now no clue... originally when KBB had that year listed in "Good" condition it went for 1,300.... i'm getting on the cougar forum, because those people would know the true value, and i may find some buyers

Try going to NADA.com They still carry the older cars. Anything older than 1985, ya hafta click on the "Classic Cars" button.
They give my 1980 F150 an average value of about $3K before they want to deduct for the 300CID inline 6. Funny, I only paid $1500 for it 7 years (or so) ago, guess that ice cold A/C makes it rather rare.
Any value listed on the NADA site is a "Retail" value, getting that much from an indivual is not too likely.

Remember, fish, you'll need to cut the price they give you in ABOUT half.
