One more time!

I know there has been many A/C posts lately, but keep reading this one! I am sure other people will want to know what I want to know. Although I have searched everywhere, I have not found anything that helps with the following situation:

--Freeze 12 is about $7 for me. I'll need 2 cans of this.

--R-12 is $20 for me. I'll need 3 cans of this.

Most websites claim that Freeze 12 is almost as effective as R-12, but I want numbers or first hand experience. Basically what I wanna know is which route would you go and why?

Thanks for reading another A/C post,
FS

Um let me see....

I would recomend sticking with the R12 even though it is more exspensive.

Rationale: My dad is a Refrigeration mechanic with over 40 years of experience. I asked him he said R12.

That is good enough for me.

I hope it satisfys you too
