Well around here when you transfer a title to an rx-7 or any car over 10 years or something like that say "odometer exempt" and at our "sniffing station" they ask the year get then vin and test them..... Things might be differen't in CA... Regardless that car is sweet. I just wonder why the full restore at a low mileage...

the car was pretty average in 91, he's got pics of it pre resto. it had some scratches and dings. those seats are the original seats. i met ivan right after the car was painted, but basically the car hasnt seen sunlight since 95ish?
