Omp Same On All 12a's From The 80's

I am making an omp block off plate at work and just realized the omp i used as a model is off an 81 and the block in my car is from an 85......are they the same?

As long as the engines are both 12a they should be.

I just rebuilt mine, it's easier than blocking it off IMHO... took me very little time and effort to rebuild it and later on I'm going to run it off a 2-stroke resivoir so I'll have the same advantages as premix, without having the huge amount of extra oil.
