OMP linkage at throttle body - EFI
On an 84 GSL-SE:
I am having trouble assembling the OMP rod where it connects to the throttle body. Assembling it one way, the rod is pulled UP pretty far and it stops the throttle from opening. Assembling it another way, the throttle does not move the rod at all.
Does anybody have a close up picture of this connection?

^^^^ You hit that nail on the head!
The rod did drop down about 2" to a point where it curved, and became wedged there. Once I freed that, the parts fell into place.
Pu about 225 miles on it this weekend. One small problem discovered with a coolant hose leaking. Otherwise it runs well, less the aux. valve operation. I posted other report on thread titled 5/6 port operation.
Thanks ya'll!
