Hmmm, since the pump rate is controlled by a linkage to the throttle I would guess (and I do mean guess) that you could either adjust it or modify the rod that links it. Just convince the pump that your throttle is open more than it really is.

I'd think you'd just add shims to the omp linkage. that way, it'd be responding to a higher rpm range. however, make sure it won't interfere with wot operations.

Yes, i tells how in the haynes manual. basically you loosen the lock nut at the pump, and turn the adjustment screw. turning it in increases the discharge.
