OMG its messed up again electrical this time.

Ok i went out and was gonna start the fb to shoot a vid with the new parts on it. I havnt touched anything electrical on the car and it started two weeks before with no trouble at all and everything worked. This time I hop in make sure the battery is up and turn the key. Nothing no power at all no dash lights or anything. I changed the fusable links to fuses and still nothing. Done all kinds of checks and still nothing. The only thing I couldnt check was the power wire going from the battery to the starter. If this was lose would it cause everything not to work.

Well. from what you said it could only be 2 things. If theres no power going to the main fuse either the main fuse is blown or the wire lead going to the main fuse block isn't connected. Get an volt meter anc check it out. And if theres power at the main wire goin g to the block and the fuse isn't blown you have a broken fuse block. (highlly unlikely)

A loose starter wire wouldn't effect your dash lights etc...

Good luck!

I will check on that as soon as I can get out there today. but I did notice that the wire going into the fuseblock under the hood were the fusable links were was all lose in the back of it. Like were the +wire bolts into it, the metal piece from that into the back of the fuse block is what was moving in and out. Not like alo but alittle.

This was my first guess. I cleaned the terminals and the connectors with a knife(usually works) and when that didnt work went and got some sand paper and made them clean as hell. Still nothing.

I will check the ground going to the block ASAP should there be another ground besides that.

I have had bad experinces with electronics in the past so this is getting kinda frustrating.
