OMG! This Hood is AWESOME!!

Okay, Somebody need to make this for First Gens.

Forget the TII hood scoop look,

This style hood would be the ultimate on a 1st Gen!!

i could have sworn i saw some hoods like that in thread Revhed started a while back where he posted some pics from rotary cars in Japan ... i'll try to find the link.

the one with full width vents going about halfway back accross the hood.

82streetracer thats an AFR hood from japan. I have sent them a few e-mails and never recived a responce back from them. I know there are a number of people here that have gotten some of there stuff. but I do not know how. here is there site http://www.a-rf.co.jp/A-RF/sa22c/body/index.html there was also one of the guys here that was making some vented hoods he should have completed it by now may be he will post also.

yeah ... i spent about 40 minutes looking for it after i posted ... trying to link it here ... but you're right. it's nowhere to be found. i even checked in the Other Rotary and Rotary Tech, just to see if maybe it was moved ... but no dice. it's sort of upsetting because that was great thread.

I managed to find the thread https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...hreadid=135899 (took me ages) but the actual website I linked doesn't exist anymore so all the pics in the thread are gone. There were heaps of cool 1st gen's on that site.

scoots yep, but they dont make a carbon hood thats a copy... a friend has a coots hood, its ok but im not a huge fan of the viper scoop in the center
