Oil on wheels?!

Noticed Oil around my wheel lugs on my rear right wheel. Also vibrating a bit. any ideas?

If you have drum brakes check the wheel cylinder, if no check brake lines are tight, lastly check axles aren't leaking from seals.

rear disc.. took off wheel and examined but couldnt find source. I guess I will have to replace seal and bearings.

the bearing and bearing retainer need to be pressed on/off at a machine shop.

Or you could just use a hammer and a drift to push it in and out.. that what we use at school even though we have a bearing press.....we barely use it, only for sealed wheels.. thats it...
