so i just recently added a quart of oil to my 1985 gsl se and now it wont start cold and theres oil on the spark plugs. but once the car is warm its completely fine. What could cause this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

i should include the spark plugs i had before weren't the 4 prong ones but just the average plug but i do have ngk br8eq14 coming in the mail.
