oil line leak

I have a leak coming from the fitting around the oil cooler. The nut is tight so I'm curious as to whether or not I replace the line or it's a fault in the cooler. This is the line that hooks up to the block.

I had a similar problem in my FC and it was a pin sized hole in the hose right at the fitting.

Typical crack at the bung due to over tightening. Next time use double wrench, grinded down 21mm or 7/8 wrench to hold the inlet fitting in place or to prevent it from moving and an adjustable or similar for the hose end
