Oil Cooler

Please help chaps. An easy one. I sent my oil cooler away for repairs. Usual cracks. Has now come back and i want to re install. Which oil line goes where ? Am I right in thinking top fitting is entry and therefore connects to front of engine, whereas bottom fitting is exit and goes to rear of engine ie the longer line ?
sorry chaps...I know I should have marked this. please have a quick peek under your hoods and help me out here. Thanks.

The top of the oil cooler goes to the front of the engine. Bottom goes to the back of the engine.

and remember to NOT OVERTIGHTEN the lines in the cooler. it'll crack worse than you can imagine and you will basically be f'd in the a. you'll have to buy new or used oil cooler. best of luck to you in the process!!
