OER carburetor, any good on a 12A

Hi
I'm about to purchase a 45mm OER carburetor, supposedly they are Weber DCOE replicas and look allmost exactly the same, internals are the same.
Planning to use it with a streetported 12A

Are they any good?

that is unless they are corroded, which i think goes without saying for any carb.
