odd thing about my car: revving
If i push the throttle to the floor, it doesnt rev nearly as fast as if i'm pushing the throttle cable down w/ the hood up.

its prolly a lose cable, you can adjust the pettle a we bit, that might help.
have some one watch to see how far the throttle lever gos when your stping on the gas, and then see if it gos further when you do it with your hand.
