Odd peripheral housing on EBay?
I was looking through the stuff for rexes on EBay for 12AT equipment when I came across an aluminum rotor housing that looks odd to me. Its listed under Rx-7 stuff, but isn't that the housing from an Rx-3?

"This is the aluminum rotor housing for 12a engines. It has been ported by racing beat and also has the waterjacket modification. There is three small chatter marks above the spark plug holes and one small scratch in the combustion area, but no chipping of the chrome around the edges. I was told by a local rx7 shop that it can still be used. Please e-mail me with any questions or close-up pictures. Sold As-Is "

He is talking about chrome flaking around the edges of the housings.. THis is common on used housings..
