Odd engine bogging

So this issue keeps comming and going .
When I first start my car , unless it is 85 deg or hotter , the car will stumble unless I warm the car up for 10-15 mins. I hit the gas and get nothing but noise and hessitation .
I can drive if I accelerate very slowley until it gets to the running temp or I take it on the highway and get it up to speed.
The really odd part is this issue goes away if I shut the car off and turn it back on , even if the engine is cold or hot and wont come back for the remainder of the day unless i let the car sit overnight . I have had days where I park at 8 am and dont get out until 6-7 and the car starts and runs fine. But from 8 at night to 9 am and I have to warm the car up or it's stumble city..
My idle is perfect minus a occssional burp , once the issue goes away the idle is buttery smooth.
I have tried Seafoam , Lucas gas cleaner , Changing both my filters , Carb cleaner , inspecting my pump etc. I have no carb leaks , no engine leaks , good compression ( car starts on a cold morning with two pumps of the pedal and climbs from 600 rpm to 1000 rpm in the course of 5 mins as the engine warms up) .
My only issue is my stupid header and down pipe always come loose over time which requires me to retighten it .
I feel some dashpot gets its preasures all flipped until the air inside gets warm but the engine vac is to much for it to function until i turn the car off and it can do it's thing. That or its a electrical issue.
Sounds just like this

Any ideas ?
Also ! Daily driven for two years and it's only left me stranded once when my drive belt snapped !

I'm just guessing here, but with the header, this means your ACV and air pump are gone. Are the 20mm water ports in the intake/block also plugged? The extra water circulation helps heat things up.

As far as I know, no water ports are plugged internaly.
