I'll hold out for either fibreglass or carbon fibre vented hoods.

These look awesome, but I wouldn't really have use for a scoop, and well... I don't tend to put stuff on my car that *only* looks cool and doens't serve a purpose, lol.

But it does serve a purpose. It is a helluvalot easier to shed pounds off your car than it is myself. At least thats my excuse. lol

I would say it would even be functional for getting air to the 12a's air cleaner if you are running the racing beat air filter assembly or another carb that has the air filter off centered a bit. I'm not interested in one as I don't have enough money for one, but I think it is a great idea. I would love to have a TII hood scoop on my FB.
