NOS and rotary

I was thinking about putting a shot of nos on my 1st gen and was wondering the compatiblility of the two. Any help on this subject would be really helpful.

semi related question, I've got a buddy with a zex dry setup, is there any way of using his stuff to make a wet setup or would it basically be buying a new kit?

The zex uses engine vacuum from a source that is mapped into its brain to regulate nitrous flow and kick the injector cycle up on its specific car make. The box used on a Honda won't work in a Toyota. All that's usable from the kit would be the bottle, lines, thread tap tool and the injector itself. You'll have to buy another injector, guess at the jet size for fuel and buy solenoids for both injectors. And you'll have to buy the relays to run the solenoids. Way too much hassle. Especially since they sell for around $500 new...regarding a traditional wet system, one of the guys in this Forum is running a 100 shot with no problems so far...

So which kit is the best as far as a wet system goes? I am looking into it and want to run somewhere between 50 and 100 and from what i hear the wet is the wat to go.

You guys should search the second gen forum, there's so many threads about "how much n20 can I run" and such.

Anyway, rotary takes fairly well to N20, provided the install job is good. Wet would be the ideal way to go, it's much safer for your engine. I've heard the best things about the Zex setup (for something like a 50 or 75 shot) because it's cheap (~$500), it's simple to install, and it's a wet system.

Like I said, do a search and you'll find more than you'll want to read. Might want to try looking in the Rotary Performance section too.

I was looking at one of the Holley Sniper N20 kits, and I was wondering if you guys think that it would work on our cars...Its only like $300, so its kinda affordable, but Im not sure how well the system is put together.
